"DeAnna was extremely helpful with navigating my auto claim. Without her I am not sure what would have happened with my claim. It seemed like I was getting no where with the claims dept. I called the agent as a last effort. She helped advocate for me. I was at a loss when it felt like 30 years of loyalty to state farm meant nothing.
