"2 days ago, I would have recommended them to everyone. Today, I had to cancel my policies. I have never been the type to sign up for insurance on my own. I always call just to make sure I understand everything. I did that. I sat on the phone for over an hour to go over everything. Low and behold, I needed to use the services that I pay for. I call to find out that I was never signed up for short term disability. Now that I actually need it, I am SOL. I was not able to cancel online so I had to call back and speak with Deanna to cancel my policy. The fact that she acted shocked that I was canceling all my policies over this is a little odd to say the least. What else would you expect. So I would just say, if you sign up with them double, triple heck- record the conversation if you have to because you do not want to be in the situation that I am in. Good luck to anybody that signs up with them."
